Payment Terms & Conditions
- 50% deposit on booking for weekends and Peak Seasons (Christmas, Easter & Public Holidays full payment required 14 x days before arrival)
- Packages – 50% deposit on booking full payment 7 x days prior to arrival
- 50% deposit for overnight bookings – Full payment on arrival
- 2% surcharge for all credit cards?
- All tariffs quoted are based on 2 occupancy
- Single booking available on request
- Extra tariff applies to additional guest
- Full rates apply for children over 12 yrs
- Property not suited for infants or children under 12yrs
- We have a non smoking policy
Cancellation Terms & Fees
- Cancellation less than 30 days are subject to re-letting
- Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival date – 50% of total amount
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival date – 100% of total amount
- Although the deposits are non refundable, it is possible to change the booking , subject to availability, providing this is done 7 days prior to arrival.
Seasonal & Public Holidays
- Minimum of 2 night stay for Public Holidays
- Christmas & Easter Holidays subject to availability
- All bookings must be booked direct with Kanoona Court and subject to availability
